Meer dan Werk believes that people can do more than they think. But sometimes they need some help to get moving and find a job. In their compact, intensive projects, which Meer dan Werk carries out with and for municipal authorities, the people with whom they work increase their self-reliance, skills and self-confidence. Eighty percent of the participants then finds a paid job again.
